We offer a month by month lease so you are not locked into long leases. The Centre has two dedicated Hot Desk rooms. Here small business owners who are down sizing to smaller premises or making the move from home to a more formal business environment can avail of the services needed to grow and develop their business.
With 6 to 8 desks per room, once the lease is signed the desk is yours for the duration of your stay. No desk sharing. There is access to FREE WIFI with light and heat are also included in the price. The desks are competitively priced with every opportunity given to support the businesses towards growth and development. Like the business units, the Hot Desk offer is available on a short term lease / month by month lease.
The Conference Room in Northside Enterprise Centre is a multi functional room that is ideal for presentations, workshops and small exhibitions. The room can accommodate groups of up to 25 seated at tables or 35 theatre style. The room can be set to a number of different formats including U-Shape , Theatre Style etc.

Pop Up Shops
The POP UP SHOP initiative was introduced by the Northside Enterprise Centre in July 2014. The main aim is to help micro and small businesses promote and sell their products and raise awareness of their businesses to a wider audience at a very low cost. Northside Enterprise Centre also helps with the promotion of the event within the community and wider area.
